WHERE WE ARE
Wild Arts Collective resides on Stone Mountain Farm just outside of New Paltz, NY. This artists' oasis is home to the multi-generational, multi-talented Larsen Family as well as a number of artists including aerialists, acrobats, painters, photographers, writers and more.
Stone Mountain Farm is a unique 250-acre property in the heart of the Hudson Valley of New York. This gem of a storied land sits just 2 hours outside of NYC and includes expansive meadows, ancient glaciated cliffs, and natural water features to explore. Nearly half of the farm shares its border with the Mohonk Preserve, the largest non-profit conservation area in New York. The neighboring public 8,000-acre refuge offers world-class climbing (The 'Gunks), epic mountain biking, and some of the most beautiful hiking on the east coast.
In addition to being home for Wild Arts, Stone Mountain Farm also hosts the aerial arts company 5th Wall Studio, the Rail Trail Cafe, a campground, a glamping site, and an adorable off-the grid cabin for short-term stays. The cafe sits on the locals favorite walk/run/bike trail and is loved for their live music and wood-fired pizzas. 5th Wall teaches and performs a one-of-a-kind flying dance technique, offers aerial retreats, dance classes on their outdoor stage, and produces gorgeous shows such as Breaking Surface.
Wild Arts Collective is grateful to be part of this web of wonders and we hope you will find your feet in the garden, on the trapeze board, or otherwise exploring this sacred place soon.
